I have been dealing with Chase since 05/09! Yes, that is right... 1.5 years. Trying to get a loan mod. They have *admittingly* LOST our file twice, can;t explain what happened several times... in the meantime, my arrears went up and up and up because CHASE told me NOT to pay until my loan mod went thru.
They are confused internally, no one knows what the other is doing. Call 10 times, you will get 15 different answers because the reps contradict themselves!
The "so called executive resolution" department set up by the CEO to appease Congress is JOKE! They have no power to do anything.
Now they are adding late fees, attorney fees, LORD knows what else...
They WANT people to loose their homes, they WANT families on the streets. They don't care about their customers!!!
