My family had a loan modification with Chase back in May which was approved and went into effect on July 1st. We completed all necessary documents and sent it back to chase and we have made consistent payment to chase since July 1st to date. Chase has taken the money out of our account consistently but never applied it to our account. Now they want to foreclose on our home without any just cause. I have fulfilled my end of the bargain but chase has not. I have every document of this case. Somebody needs to stop Chase from these fraudulent practices; if they are doing this to my family, they could be doing it to several others.
