2009 brother-in-law and sister lost their house in down turn it is located right in the middle surrounded by family land with no right of way, Fannie May sued and lost. They have access right of way 12' with speed bumps today 2013 family member wants to buy it back and have submitted highest offer yet over other prospective offers and now they say its in the policy not to sell to family members of the foreclosed person. It goes up for auction and I asked if I can bid they said no. I can buy it for what was owed from brother-in-law back in 2009 that is not right at all I am being discriminated against and it is very wrong. They need to help the mom and pop family's not destroy them.
