Worst EVER... Washer broke came to repair, ordered parts, 2 weeks later they were wrong parts but they installed them anyhow, never even tried it before they left, that evening I went to do a load of laundry and it was like an animal was trying to get out, the drum didn't fit, that night put on hold over 3 1/2 hours on one phone line and gave the up, another phone line was disconnected twice, rescheduled, another 2 weeks wait for someone to come and tell us it was the wrong parts, they ordered, another 2 weeks before someone can come and fix it. Then the dryer goes, keep in mind these Sears appliances are only 2 years old and they were each over $1,000 so not the cheap models. So it take almost 2 weeks to get someone for they dryer, so Wednesday he comes and fixes it, Today is Saturday, Laundry day I get 3 loads into it and it stops working again. Call today, get disconnected twice before I get someone who tells me it will be almost 2 weeks again before I can get someone here again. So off to the Laundromat with another 10 loads of laundry as it has been accumulating.
