Sears does not stand by their products,
they have a customer aggravation service. Never a resolution just a hang up. And belive me that is after holding for 30 minutes. I will write on every web page that will let me complain about SEARS. Do not buy anything from this store. A KENMORE (GEE BACK IN THE DAY) WASHER 2 YEARS OLD NEEDS A NEW DRUM-WAITING FOR PARTS OVER 8 WEEKS (THEY WERE SHIPPED FROM 3 HOURS AWAY) AND NOW I NEED ANOTHER PART.
Will this be another 8 weeks-gee they offer you 100.00 to do your laundry at a laundry mate when you have allergies.
Gee thanks. Oh and then they hang up on you.
