Sears does not stand by their products,
they have a customer aggravation service. Never a resolution just a hang up. And believe me that is after holding for 30 minutes. I will write on every web page that will let me complain about Sears. Do not buy anything from this store. A Kenmore (gee back in the day) washer 2 years old needs a new drum - waiting for parts over 8 weeks (they were shipped from 3 hours away) and now I need another part.
Will this be another 8 weeks-gee they offer you 100.00 to do your laundry at a laundry mate when you have allergies.
Gee thanks. Oh and then they hang up on you.
