We are running a business where laundry is done many times per day. We ordered a new washer and dryer, and upon installation, it was discovered that we needed a vent and a chord. The delivery men said they could come back in the morning if we bought the parts right away, which we did. But Sears said they could only send someone out three days later. When they didn't show up three days later, I called and found out the repair men claimed to have shown up but no one was home. This was not true. We are open 24 hours a day and there is always someone here. When Sears called them, they said they could not come back because they were through with their route. This was at 4:00 PM. Sears rescheduled for 2 days from now — this Saturday. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they gave me a $50 gift card instead. We do not need a gift card. We need a dryer! Our customer operationsn are on hold!
