We have been in constant contact with Lowe's Corporate concerning a problem with a epoxy floor paint problem, but after 4 months of this, we have decided to try another option to reach out to lowe's concerning refund and financial help to solve this problem. We are a General Contractor trying to redo our customers garage floor, after Lowe's mismatched the paint, and we have been promised that they will let us know, but the only response we have so far is from Lowe's insurance dept who said it is all our fault. He also stated that he had consulted with Lowe's corporate legal staff, and the case is closed. We do not have an attorney, we are a small business, loyal Lowe's customer for 20 years, and just need Lowe's to do the right thing here!
