We have a real estate brokerage firm here that lists the majority of FNMA homes. I've submitted offers to him or properties that i think are a good investment as I'm an investor. Now after a property sitting on the market for many months with no offers I get in a multiple offer situation as soon as I submit my offer! There has been no change in the price of the property or anything special to trigger a change of interest in the property. However, the brokerage works with their own investors and sell them in-house to their own now instead of having fair practice! Any laws broken here?
