When installing a granite kitchen counter top, they cracked one of the pieces. They finished the installation anyway and told me they could "fix" the crack. Large cracks can't be fixed and it looked worse after their attempts.
After two months and many calls and e-mails they were supposed to replace the entire counter top.instead, they replaced the cracked part and left the old granite on the peninsula. Granite lots are all different and the new granite doesn't match the old one.
All they care about is making money and don't care what kind of job they do or about pleasing the customer.
