Trying to receive my pink slip without lender info on it!

This started back in September and it is now almost December (going on 3 months). Still NO pink slip. I paid $60 dollars back in September to have this processes in 2 weeks. I have proof my USPS envelope was received September 25. I called and called and called to "babysit" the process. Only to keep hearing pink slip was not processed... Than finally on a sunday (odd) October 14th my pink slip was processed however no one knew how it was shipped. I kept calling once again to "babysit" the dmv job since no one has any answers. I was even hung up on because the guy (as I heard him as he hung up) he didn't want to "deal" with this issue. Finally I got someone (at least I thought) that would actually care and help. She told me that sometimes (I think all the time) the mail room separates items in an envelope (even having it written what department it was for) that most likely my $20 prepaid envelope was separated and not used. She spoke with her supervisor (who never made an effort to speak with me to resolve this unnecessary issue). I did everything on my part that was specified on the website as well as going beyond communicating with the Sacramento office. I was told I had to wait 30 days before I could request a duplicate (even though I never received the 1st one). This lady even agreed that I should be frustrated and she doesn't agree with how her supervisor is handling this issue (ignoring it). So she told me to call November 14and thats their 30 days in their system... Even though my postal proof shows it's been longer. So I agree (what can I do plus I'm thinking this employee is really going to out of her way). I was mistaken... She went as far as getting it approved to have them over night and reprint no charge to me. 1st of all why should I have to repay for something I already did and they are the ones that made major errors. So I ws told what I needd to fax over to have this reprocessed... Once again going out of my way to get this to her in 2 hours. I was told by this employee I would receive a call letting me know my fax was received... Never happened. I had to call the next day... Every time you call it's about a 2 hour wait (phone bill is high). Just to find out that they unplugged the machine that prints pink slips due to relocating. I'm extremely frustrated and she seems to understand... Still no communication from any supervisor or management... Only going through employee (it's know that indirect communication can get lost and dropped). So I call November 21st and was told my pink slip was processed November 20th however no one can tell me if it was over nighted as promised. I was told most likely it was or will be regular mailed... Once again no management involvement. To make this even worse I have a court date that I already had extended out because of the lack of professionalism and not receiving what I paid for... To have within 2 weeks (beginning of October). Also I'm pregnant due any day and I need to get my car registered in the new state I'm in. I can't get my car registered... The price to register keeps going up every day I don't register it... I can't get my car baby ready because I can't drive my car or it will get towed if pulled over. So while none of the Sacramento dmv office departments continue not to communicate with each other and work blindly around each other... Im suffering from their lack of customer service, only wanting to do the minimum work, and lack of professionalism. It's extremely frustrating and disappointing. Not to mention I'm part of the millions of people hit with lossing their job and facing a jobless market so that $60 bucks was basically put in the trash. Management never stepped up, I communicated my situations several times and no care or concern because it's not their money, their time, their need. It's disgusting that it is taking soooo long to get something so easy that was paid for and completed for them. They are not going to reimburse me my $60 dollars, my phone bill, not having a car and unable to be mobile, not give me any time back... And what happens if I can't get another extension on my warning ticket they're not going to pay the penalty fees and anything else the judge might do... Their not going to be at the hospital when it's time for me to leave after giving birth and giving me a ride home. It's ridiculous how they cannot see the negative effect they are putting on me (and I did my part and more) simple because no one wants to communicate with anyone or step up and go beyond wants on their list of job duties... Very sad. I can only hope I see my pink slip before December 1st and before I go into delivery so I can register my car in my new state, take care of court (showing proof if new registration, and have my car baby and safe ready. Not one single employee deserves any gratitude... No ones done anything to help me out and I did what I was suppose to do. Sad!
