I have been fighting to get a copy of my Pink Slip for over 18 months now. I have paid DMV, sent Lien Satisfaction Leter, Change of address, writen letters, etc. But they keep dragging it on. The latest is they want copy of ID to get Pink, but they changed my address, sent copy of application, etc. And they changed everything in my file without ID. Why do they need it now??? How could they change the documents without ID but can not send copy of Pink Slip??? They never asked for it in the past, but dragging it out now. This is about the 6th letter going back and forth. How many years does it take to get a copy so I can transfer registration to Oregon??? Everything is paid fof in full.
