Did not provide information to DMV that loan was paid in full - never received a pink slip

HRS USA provided financing when I purchased my 2003 Yamaha motorcycle. I paid it off in 2004 but they never notified DMV or wherever they need to so i have been unable to get a pink slip. I would like to sell the bike but can't show I have clear title with the pink slip.
