I went to buy a car at this place i wanted a car for under 3500 dollars and the sales guy there showed a car the car was pretty good so i told them i got 3000 for it and they guy was why dont you take a test drive and see if everything is good and if you like it or not. Took a test drive the car is driving well no problem what so ever come back to the place to talk about the prices and everything else. Told him i got 3000 cash he was not give 3500 and i will take car of DMV and wat not im like ok since the car is decent that is fine i will pay that going the office to make a sale contract i there that his not charged for anything and also for that is no further payment i had to make everything look fine apart from $45 for Reg, tags. Licence fees. I ask hey wat is the deal you jus charged me 45 for this DMV fees he was like i will totally take care of it i jus have to show on paper that you paid something Im like ok whatever i leave with the car 2 weeks later received my Pink slip and also later that day called that hey it 2weeks where are the number plates for the car and he goes me it normally take 4weeks im ok call you in 2 weeks. Call him back in 2 weeks the guy who sold me the car picked and goes i was going to call last i wanted to tell you number plates are here so im like why didnt you than and he goes i forgot and lonsg stories about his day at work i am like i will come by today and picked up he was like also wanted to tell you there THERE IS A DIFFERENCE to pay i am what is that we never spoke anything like that. Neways jus tell me what is the difference and he say $220 im like didnt i mention you about that when i was buying the car and you said you were going to take care of that didnt you? And he was like no i never did so ok than i will see in court and he was yh sure i will and i will love to see you too! I call the police and explianed them the whole issue than the policeman tell you are right but let me tell this is not the 1st time i got complian abt this dealership and i had 4 people tell me this and i last time i went i pile full of the pink slip and reg belonging to people and we can do anyhing about because is a Civil matter and the last 4 people didnt go to court because propbly it didnt worth their time but if you want you can! So i call back to dealer and talk to this sales guy who sold me the car and he you know what i dont want to talk to you you have to talk to the Manager that handles the DMV and he transfer me to ERIKA and this lady was a B*CH i swear she just want listen me kept on toking. Im like erika me and SIAD the sales guy had this agreement she is like i dont care and i dont want to know anything about what you guy spoke the botom line $220 and if you dont you get the reg. I like why would you not care this the you associate telling me when i bought the car from you, her reply was i know you time to tok to you i have better to deal with and people that want to pay money. When you buy a car with this car they will be all good and nice and one they f*ing get their commision they dont really care.
