Stole $1,990 from disabled 78 year old and confabulated a response to BBB

I received an email (10/14/08) from Pam Thompson and "The Thompson Team" about a "massive reduction" to purchase a mobile home @ Lake Wales, FL 33857: email;

"I don't know if you remember it or not but the one house that Bob showed you, ML1273 in Peddlars' Pond that Bob says you said would work nicely was reduced yesterday $10,000!!! It was $29,900. Should have been in the mid $30's. It is now $19,900 and taking the best offer between now and Oct. 25th. There is a serious medical condition!" (2004 Fleetwood) (Pam Thompson sent to my care-giver & "granddaughter").

I sent this copy to elder affairs and BBB:
I was not interested in the home @ $29,900. But, it is a good value for me @ $19,900. I need a VERY accessible home for my mobility disability and "Jazzy" chair. I sent "Good-Faith" money (10%) to show my sincere interest to purchase this home 10/16/08 (received 10/17). Pam Thompson faxed the contract on 10/18/08 (SATURDAY) with "Seller" and "Buyer" dates hand-written in for "10/17/08", yet with only Pam Thompson's signature, as Agent. (From time of money wire to faxed contract was 44 hours.) We thought the contract could not be pre-dated. Pam faxed Page 4 of the contract again on Wed. Oct. 22 @ 11am. Again, it was pre-dated for the 17th for the Seller (without signatures). My Good-Faith money was NEVER to remove home from market. Home remained on website. Home was shown to Mr. E 10/24/08. (She sent me HIS email by mistake.)

I was not able to read or understand the contract until after Tuesday, 21st; because my "granddaughter" was spending the weekend with her husband. She helps me compensate for my disabilities, memory loss, and hearing impairment. We emailed a Response letter to her "Assistant's" email (10/24), with Questions about the Sales Contract. I stated that I had called my lawyer for clarification of the terms of the contract (10/21,10/22,10/23), and he had sent correspondence to Pam Thompson & The Thompson Team (no response back, fax confirmed "sent" via laywer).

On two web-sites (www.PamThompsonTeam.com, www.CentralFlorida ManufacturedHome Sales.com), she advertised the home as "All homes bought at asking price come with a free one year home warranty". Yet, page 1 of contract added a $380 charge for said "free" policy (she sells). Page 2 stated, "Additional Administrative fees may apply in the event that a change in final closing documents... Not specified in original sales contract as requested/needed..."

I did not want to sign contract with my Amendments; because, I did not want to be bound to unknown fees. Page 2 states, I have 2 days from "Effective Date" to make application, and 10 days after "Effective Date" to deliver written commitment from a lender to TTT, The Thompson Team. Otherwise, Buyer (s) "forfeit entire escrow deposit". We asked repeatedly for the exact day of "Effective Date". The following paragraph states, "If this contract is contingent on financing (it Is), and after diligent effort within the '12 days' mentioned above, Buyer (s) fails to meet terms and conditions of the commitment with Lender and TTT... If canceled, (escrow $1,990) shall be refunded less 'nonrefundable $650' contract and Administrative settlement/closing fees."

Ten days from "Effective Date" is 10 days, not 12. This was not disclosed nor faxed prior to my sending "Good-Faith" escrow. Pam Thompson refused to answer my questions. She said (quoted, word-for-word), "At this point I am not even going to attempt to write a reply to that email as again it is just so very confusing and misconstrued and any email I could attempt to write would be just to lengthy to attempt let alone the possibility of added confusion."... I have a memory disorder, speech impediment, and hearing impairment. She has refused to accommodate my disabilities, by above quote. She continued to email, yet repeatedly refused to RESPOND to my questions via email. I need to see, read, reread written material to assimilate information.

Closing was to be 10/30/08; yet, other time constraints in contract were contradictory, and technically impossible. Pam Thompson is refusing to answer emails & phone message she admits to receiving. She states, she "has a verbal & email 'promise' to purchase" (a Lie). Plus, I never signed & faxed contract. Page 1 states, "No modification or change in this contract shall be valid or binding unless in writing and executed". She has no "executed contract". She has no promise to purchase under HER "terms of sale". She manipulated the facts to push a Quick sale when she emailed us, "Should have been in mid $30s"... I called Fleetwood; I can purchase a 2009 exact model for $33,800 listed (options included)...

I emailed. My grand-daughter emailed. She called for me. "I want my money back". Pam Thompson lied and distorted facts. She is "trying" to say I asked to have the "home removed from market", so she can "justify" keeping my money. We Never said, nor emailed anything similar to her DELUSION. I would Never agree to, nor sign a contract where I could lose $1,990 due to non-disclosed fees and forfeitures. Pam Thompson has read the emails and heard call message requesting my money back; Proven by statements within Her emails. YET, she deliberately failed to respond to written and verbal demands for my money to be returned.

Pam Thompson, TTT, and FMH continued to list home. Home was shown to prospective buyer (s) Friday 24th. I have DOCUMENTATION for All facts listed here. I need my money back ASAP. Please help me. I think she has done this to other people before. I found out too late. Sincerely
