I seem to be one of many who have the same problem with Thompson Inc. My problem sounds like all the others, They will not process my refund and their stock answer seemes to be 6 to 8 weeks sir.
How can we get justice? What buttons do we have to push? I have contacted RCA customer Svs still no responce, I have faxed Thompson threatning law suit for Bad Faith DRC 8335 is a piece of Crap and they wont respond, where do we go frm here? How do er get our money back?
