In my experience, Norm Thompson Catalog Company does not deliver online purchase items by the date as requested. To make the situation worse, they do not warn you that the items will not be deliver on time so you can make other arrangements, they do not response to emails inquiring about the purchase and Norm Thompson does not offer credit when they failed to deliver. I had order Christmas gifts from Norm Thompson online in November indicating that I wanted them delivered in the week of December 15. I receive the items on December 26 with no offer to adjust the cost of the items. I had tried to contact the company before Christmas but they did not respond to my inquiries. Norm Thompson did not warn me that the items would not be there by the agreed date.
