Hello due to a very minor domestic violence report filed by my then 16 year old daughter. Which Iin no way did anything illegal to her! No assault, no 911 call made, ever at my home! No bruises or any other injuries. This was due because I caught her with a 21 year old man on my back porch 10:30 at night/he was leaving for iraq on the following monday. When I caught them I told him he was tresspassing. Asked him to leave the property in which he did peacefully, and told never to return. I had a few harsh words for my daughter and asked her to turn over her cell phone. Four days later she and my wife and 2 children went to mother inlaws in which they filed a overexagerrated protection order and assault and battery charge, trumped up by grandparents to keep me away from them! Wife eventually dropped her charges which she signed on the order due to daughter lying to her. My daughter wanted to drop charges but state would not let her! I have been married 27 peacefull years, and grandparents (wifes side) have been a thorn in my side ever since getting married. I took a plea agreement and was sentenced to 2 years good behavior, with my completion of a RAPPAHANNOCK COUNCIL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE FRESH START PROGRAM / (AFRICAN AMERICAN)! Stephanie Terrell / DougTaylor are crooks and liars, being the facilitators very rude and disrespectfull! These people were very rude to all the members in class and very unprofessional! Never taught by the manual given! I had to go to 24 classes / once a week on tuesdays. The program director was (Anthony Ludwig) very nice and straight forward person. I helped set table and chairs for members to be seated in all classes I attended. The first two classes went ok, on the third class I was called by anthony to inform me the facilitator Stephanie had a complaint! I was shocked and told anthony nothing bad had occured? She complained that I looked at the clock and disturbed the class. Which is absolutly ridicoulous! Anthony the dir. Wanted me to be placed in another group due her hostility! I said no give it 1 more chance? So I went to class #7 I get another call she complained I turned the sign in sheet overdue her not having the correct one for our class! We were signing a blank side in which I spied writing on reverse, so I turned it over to see what I was signing to no big deal? Facilitators showed up 45 minutes late next weeks class and told us to come to the next class after 45 min late to equal their lateness! We did as told and my 12 th class came and went only to get another phone call from anthony, she had complained I disturbed the class again, in which was not true. Anthony said he was going to place me in the next available class. Iwaited 2 mos. And heard nothing. I called several times to inquire when my classes would start. To no avail? I finally got a hold of a asst. Dir whom told me Anthony quit and no longer worked there. He did not finish his job, left me in the dark with r.C.D.V.! New director Cathy Braeman lied to me and put me in a new class with all my previously done work progress wiped out! I was in shock! I told her I paid 500.00 dollars to take the class and had an agreement, contract which was broken. I told her I would see her in court for fraud. I was to complete the class by a certain time in which due there by the courts. I have includeed here a letter of appeal, complaint to R.C.D.V.in which I received no response. I went to court and Cathy Braeman was there with hubby? She malicously tried to testify for facillitators on their behalf, she was never present in classes or in person to complaints! These people are liars and theifs, the world has a rigfht to know of their dirty deeds. Can you imagine the lives and familys they have hurt in their rulings, mistreatment! I was released from r.C.D.V. Program by the judge due to their being there and trying to malicously testify to false facts by my lawyer. I was ordered 2 years good behavior again as I had satifactorly completed the first ok? This is fraud! If you are a lawyer and want to help fight this case of fraud please let me know. And I had told him she may suffer this syndrome as well? Well stephanie who was not listning to the discussion was talking to doug heard the word P.M.S. And accused me in front of the class that I had called her as having P.M.S. I was embarrased and reassured her I was not talking about her! Even the others knew that! I explained to her about what I had mentioned this syndrome and was offering him advice, That his girlfriend may be experiencing this syndrome and not know it. Stephanie was very verbally abusive when this occured and I appoligized that she was offended. Well I thought that Ishould let anthony know of her beligerent out burst that night, so I called him next morning and explained to him what happened. He felt there was tensin and I told him it wasnot on my part? He wanted to put me in another group, and I told him I did not feel that was a real threat just a miss conception on her part as she was not paying attention to our check in? So I went to several more classes and had no real problems to report. Then on another occaision she complained to Anthony once again that Iwas disturbing the class as I looked at the clock that was to my back. I was very disturbed that Stephanie Terrell was complaing again as this is the most immature thing I have heard of coming from a grown adult, Teacher fascillitator? I made no loud movements or other thing to disrupt the class! Ionly looked atthis clock 2 times in 2 hours? This was bizzare behaviour for an adult to make an allegation like that. She became rude to everybody, with her quirps about men and there faults thru all classes! Then around week 8 or so the fascillitators came in at 6:30 pm 1/2 hour late. We had all been waiting outside in 90 degree heat for their arrival. Just when we were about to leave the showed up. Complaining about traffic and doug said he commutes to D. C as a (slug)! His excuse to all of us was he normally waits 10 minutes for a ride but waited more than 30 min. This day? Meaning he depends on others to bring him back. We all have lives and places to go but it was rude for no one contact us to let us know there late! There's only one conclusion that the daily traveling great distances before arriving there made them unhappy. Its not fair tom take their anger out on group. They were always eating mcdonalds food before or during class. It was not our fault that they chose their paths to be there? I felt sorry for them though? I also offered to buy them a pizza on the next class to share with all? The said because they were late for this class that we were to come in late at 6;30 the next class to make up for the 1/2 hour we waited for them? I should have mentioned it to anthony but felt it would be bad to do so? Well no more problems with class till # 12 Doug & Stephanie arrived 5 min late again forgivable? When they opened their cases they had no sign in sheet and made us sign the back of a what we thought was a blank sheet of paper? When I saw writing on the back through the paper. I flipped it over when I had signed and walked away / it had other names on it. Not ours? So when I went to sit down Stephanie asked me in a rude tone why I turned it over? I said I saw writing on the back and that I wanted to make sure I was signing the right side! She again got a beligerent attitude and said I did it to offend her? I explained that was not the reason. So I sat down and waited to start the class. We had been doing the different anger modes, Which basically goes low, med, high anger. I had asked her when she called me as I raised my hand how she would describe her anger in that paper incident? She goes ballistic and says do you really wanna go there mocking me and others, about our behaviors towards her. Which I felt was abusive. I said to her I just wanted to table her opinion as to her getting this mad about turning the paper sign in sheet over and applying it to the graph in our work guide book? Then Doug Taylor states to me in front of the class that" qoute un quote" Glen we can make mistakes in this class but out there you can be killed! She is a rude & disrespectfull person in general to be a facillitator, I think she needs anger managment! Race may play a part on her anger. I did not think that what Doug had said was a threat to me untill Anthony called with this last petty complaint about that class incident as they have had me removed. No need to say She contacts Anthony again with this incident she makes up to be a big thing? Under anthonys advise he said he wanted to put me in another class. I complained to him that this is not a reason to put me in another class, just petty stuff created by her, not disruptive on my part? I have witnesses to all this and was advised not to contact them at the church or I will be charged with trespassing which I feel is to keep me from collaborating with witnesses. It is a shame that we come in peace to help ourselves through this tough time without having to deal with nasty people as the fascillitators mentioned here. I have spoken to a lawyer who informed me that there may be a civil violation, as for breach of contract and slander, as well as threats of death! I am considering legal action as for the slander, threats of death and witness tampering, But I will await your response? Anthony had sent me a letter as well as discussing this matter on the phone that I would be placed in a new class in two weeks from the 12 th class I attended, completed. I called R.C.D.V. And spoke to you on thursday and made this identicle report to you and you had advised me to send it in writing signed. I had asked for a formal letter from R.C.D.V. As to the actual nature of this last complaint other than disrupting the class? As this has no merit? Anthony also advised me when I asked for the dates I had called about, the complaints they have reported were not kept on record? Very unprofessional to neglect warranted claims by facillitators not to have these times recorded?
