Illegal arrest, malicious prosecution, perjury - vindictive dead-beat ex used her to attempt to slow my child support lawsuit against him. He owes over 25k to me! Profound injustice! Ripoff

Due to intimidation, I have not reported this until now.

My ex husband's property was vandalized. I have been divorced from him since 1991 and since that time have attempted to deal with him in a civil manner. I have only sought legal remedy for any difficulty with him. We have a son, so I tried to maintain a good relationship. However, he became very behind in child support and alimony so I took him to court. His way of disparaging me was to accuse me of vandalizing his property.

I am 53 years old with a permanent back injury (car accident - can document) and have never done anything to him maliciously to him for him to do this! This detective came to my home, said, "I have come to take you, and I can take you as you are!" She followed me through the house, wouldn't allow me the privacy of getting dressed and took me to Sevierville - one hour away.

While in the car she screamed the entire way how I had better confess or she "would see to it that no judge or jury would ever believe me, 'I'll see to it'!" "You will spend a minimum of 15 months in prison - I'll see to it!'

I was hysterical! I have never been taken in by any authority in my life! I was until then unfamiliar with police tatics (misconduct!) and spent a harrowing experience at the Sevier County jail! I am not kidding! I am still in disbelief. Detective Stephanie McClure also came to my arrearages trial and perjured herself on the stand by saying "nothing was said the entire way to Sevierville".

This is a long story that ended badly. I would like to speak with someone to see what I can do to vindicate myself from the Sevier County (IN) justice system from the police to the lawyers and the judge! I never even got to speak! Not one person spoke in my defense! I can explain this in full when contacted by someone from your organization.

Please help me! I was so glad when I found your website! This happens everyday to innocent people and I don't want anyone to go through the nightmare that I have! I still haven't received any back child support/alimony because I have no more money for legal expenses!
