'David Alyn Williams' or 'Dave' or 'DW' or 'DWill'
is a Dead Beat Dad and has Bi-Polar Disorder! He reports that he has seizures since 16 but I never saw one nor did Rachel (his ex-fiance) see one either. He is on Carbamazapene but will go off medicine at will. Beware! For he has had children by me and at least one other that I know of. He signed over his rights to his child by Rachel.
He owes well over $55,000 USD in back child support and currently doesn't pay child support for his 4 children. He promised and signed legal documents stating he would pay child support for all 4 children, the youngest of which was born disabled.
The judge gave me a RARE open-ended permanent restraining order against this man because of his violence and this is documented in the court documents in Trenton FL.
I lost my house that I owned prior to meeting & marrying him and most of the debts were left in my name since he came from another country. Ladies, David used me to get into this country, do not let him use you!
From time to time he works under the table and does computer work. He is also known as a computer hacker. When I was married to him he worked for a hospital in Halifax, Virginia as a Network Analyst.
His Driver's License has been suspended on numerous occasions for non-payment of child support and traffic tickets. His British passport is also suspended for non-payment of child support, so he cannot leave the country.
Watch out Ladies! He is a charmer, liar, user, moocher, Dead Beat Dad, and always full of promises that he never keeps. It is VERY sad what this man has done to one family. I can only hope that he doesn't do this to anyone else. My children are angry and very upset with him, don't let him do this to your children!
All this is backed up by a court of law's legal documents which are located in Trenton, FL. Last court date was of Summer 2006 whereas David has a warrant for his bodily arrest for non-payment of child support and non-payment of medical services for the children. He has a purge amount due, so he cannot get out of jail unless this is paid. This is his second arrest warrant issued and he was placed in jail prior to this date for the same reasons of non-payment of child support and non-payment of medical services.
There is so much more to this story than I can fit in here, but most importantly my children need their child support to live a somewhat normal life. It is very sad that this man repeatedly chooses not to work and chooses not to pay his bi-weekly child support order. If my ex-husband were to pay his regular child support and his back child support that he owes as well as providing medical for the children, then we would not be on assistance. He has a responsibility to his children! I retain complete FULL custody of the children since I am the stable parent.
