Sevier County Judges granted my ex husband to document a custody request there neglecting my current custody order in GA. They offered him momentary CRISIS custody centered on his accusations of misuse.
We've a current situation in GA that's imminent today. Despite the fact that I submitted licensed copies of correct paperwork using the worker of courtroom, they offered him temporary custody. Those things they required broken a number of our privileges as Americans.
But most of all, they NEVER spoke to my kids... Exactly the same kids who have been allegedly abused. Like a matteroffact, the judge declined to consult with them once they required to determine him. Ages 14 & 9.
They'd just attended Tennessee to get a short summer visit and due to the governmental bull happening in Sevier County, existence because they understood it-no longer exists.
Our ex has been imprisoned for medicines and misuse and battery. He and his existing spouse had two kids together before our breakup was ultimate as well as for one of the most part I've elevated my kids by myself. Our ex never found GA to determine where the children were until Wed. Evening after I was launched from prison... If he were worried, where was he on Sunlight?
The privileges of my kids and myself have now been broken from the judicial method of Sevierville, Tennessee... Therefore, since my ex is just a business proprietor and it is wrapped-up within the GOVERNMENTAL BULL that happens in Sevier County, my kids have now been obtained from the only real house they've previously acknowledged. From the guardian that's never been imprisoned for-anything except attempting to guard them-and be considered a section of their lifestyles and paid to some guardian that has never pushed to look at them play basketball or cheer and it has been imprisoned for medicines and misuse... He should create a heck of the factor to somebody... HOWEVER ITIS NOT Our KIDS!!
Today, they'renot permitted to enjoy activities. Our Straight-A boy, that has never created a W is producing His... Being refused guidance since his dad claims, "he is not insane, he just includes a crazy mom." Somebody please enable me to locate justice and provide my kids an opportunity to be noticed!!!
