Yes, Tax payers you are reading this correctly. What does Administration do about it? Investigates. That is a joke. Did these people get fired? NO!

2. Administators are corrupt... They hire their relatives and promote their relatives. Some of these Adminstrations - in high paying jobs do not have a college degree... So how did they get those jobs?
