My Cricket Refund - Stealing My MONEY!

Hi my name is Tameka and I have a Cricket account, we had our Sprint phones flashed by Cricket, June 14th I called to make a payment, but when I called my check didn't go thru, so I went online and put my check info into the computer. I spoke with a representative who asked me questions in order for it to go thru. Not knowing that my fiance had already went up to a Cricket location to pay the bill he called me and told me he paid $60 and we have new numbers and I needed to press *228 to update phone info, so I called Cricket right back and told them I needed that check cancelled, the woman I spoke to ID#0539 told me the payment didn't go thru so I asked her are you sure and she assured me that the check did not go thru anyway and I told her I just got off the phone with another agent a guy who told me the check did go thru, but she informed me that wasn't true it didn't so come that Monday, I check my account and they had took the money out of my account and the payment supposedly didn't go thru. So, I call Cricket back about getting a refund and talked to several people and they ask for an AID# which we were given one it was text to our phones by Cricket and that number was 1234 and they tell us no that's not it and they can't text the number to our new numbers. So, we have been to several Cricket stores trying to get this resolved it has been since June the 14th and here it is 07/31st and still now results. This company is highway robbery trying to keep the money that was never supposed to be taken out anyway and offering to give us a month free or add the money to our new accounts but I don't want that I want the money put back into my checking account the same way they took it out and they didn't need an AID# to process the payment. I am very upset that they are trying to keep my $112 and we no longer have those numbers or account and the account still shows active. But, we did find out that when we had our Sprint phones flashed somehow for my fiance's phone they scanned a motorola razor phone in order to flash our phones and neither one of us have a Motorola so can you say crookedness and shadiness going on. Yes I can this company is unprofessional and they are total crooks. Now I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau concerning this matter because I want my money back I don't care about an AID# they should have never went into my account after I cancelled the check and the representative assured me it didn't even go thru.
