I order one phone from cricket and my credit card company called and said that fraudulent activity had taken place on my account. They said in a matter of seconds that two charges from Cricket had taken place. I was charged for two phones and sent two phones. I have called Cricket four time trying to get the extra phone picked up which I did not order or open to Cricket and my credit card account credited. I need this taken care of as soon as possible because I am paying interest for this extra phone. It has been over a week how much longer is it going to take to get a pick-up for this phone.
