Three days ago, my Motorola V3M cell phone that's been flashed to Cricket stopped letting me access my Hotmail account. It has been fine for almost 2 years. It gives me the message that I need jаvascript or that jаvascript has been blocked. I cannot download jаvascript from my phone, which is what 1-800-cricket told me to do. I have called Motorola, Cricket, and couldn't get through to Hotmail because my account with them is free. I saw online that people with Cricket phones are having this problem too, so it is not just my flashed phone. I was told to go to a Cricket store, where the man argued with me that he had heard nothing about this problem. I asked for a number for someone higher up that I could call and talk to about this problem. No luck. Then, this man tried to access Hotmail on his own Cricket phone and could not get into it. NOW, he is going to look into it and try to find something out. Several people have told me that Hotmail just made some changes at the start of this summer and it is causing many problems as far as people no longer having access. I don't know where else to turn. I could try buying a Cricket phone and getting rid of my flashed phone, but might still have no access to Hotmail. I am TIRED of the run around I am getting. I do home health care and email is important to have at times. Even the man in the Cricket store said it would be a hassle to switch over to gmail etc. I am in San Antonio in the 78238 zip code.
