I have been trying all day to find a way to talk to a human being for my at ATT GoPhone account. There is no choices anywhere on their website to talk to a human, only a virtual person. When I use the automated system and use the words "cancel my service" she starts over with the only options she can help me with. When I go to "contact us", it does not give me the option to write them about my problem. Meanwhile, they are auto charging my account on the 11th of May. If anyone can help me figure out how to cancel service with ATT GOPhone I would appreciate it very much.
