I too have had a hard time posting my payment online for the last two months.in January, after spending at least 30 minutes trying to actually talk to a person, I finally figured out the problem. The system wouldn't accept my password, funny it took it the month before. The account representative said I had deleted the last character, don't know why it was ok in December! Now, once again, I'm going to have to try to talk to someone on the phone to make my late payment now ($35) fee, and believe it or not, I don't work near a phone during the day. When I am able to make the phone payment, $14.95 is the charge??? Terrible service! I won't be buying ANYTHING from Circuit City with this credit card again. Even when I can get to a phone, the customer service menu is enough to frustrate anyone. There aren't any choices to talk to a human! I guess I'll figure out something to get my payment there again this month.
