Inadvertantly took got FREE trial offer with option to cancel when a phone order for something unrelated was made using personal credit card. Tried in vane to cancel but unable to talk to a real person. Credit Card company not much help. The automated service rep on 800 number leaves no options to talk to a real person. They billed me for another cycle and I cannot seem to find any way to get this cancelled. HELP! Anyone have any advice?
