I had one primary phone and two secondary phones with Verizon Wireless for several years. The primary contract ended in Feb and the two secondary contracts ended in March. I switched the primary phone to another carrier in Feb. And left the other phones with Verizon until their contract expired. I called to make the switch for the secondary phones in April and thought everything was clear. I then recieved a bill for the final usage minutes for the two secondary phones and a $495 cancellation fee. The representative extended the contract for two years without discussing the matter. I tried to work resolve the issue several times with Verizon with no luck. I now have a collection on my credit reports which is causing me problems.
