Last week I have to say I was very dissatisfied with the way they were handling my problem. Well since last week they have really been on the problem. Several reps and corporate people contacted me via phone the past few days and worked very diligently to fix my Blackberry problem. Well I have to say they have fixed the problem and my phone is working wonderfully. I would like to say they have restored my faith in this company. My boyfriend has been with Metro for years and swears by them and after all of this I can see I went with the right company. So as for my previous review I wish I could remove it. I'm very happy with the results.
