Metro pcs broke my phone and refuses to repair or replace it! - Samsung S3

On 9/7 I went to metro pcs at 989 Bedford ave in brooklyn, NY to switch my service from T-mobile to Metro pcs. I was told to call 611 on my phone to get my account number and pin code to switch over my service. An employee by the name Brain Frankel put a metro pcs sim card in my phone (Samsung S3) that didn't fit because it took him over 5 minutes to try to pry it out my phone, and he used a pen to do so. He told me he would call me to let me know when some new sim cards come into the store. I went home and could not make a phone call, my phone said no sim card. My sim card port is now broken. I went back to the store and he proceeded to ask me if I had a checking account so I can get a new phone. I told this asshole that my phone is brand new I only had it for 3-4 weeks, then he told me to go to T-mobile they will fix my phone. I went to the corporate office that same day and filed a report. On 9/9 miss Williams from the corporate office called me and told me the store manager said he would fix it, but that was a lie! Miss Williams told me to go back to the store and they will send it out to get repaired. I went to the store and they took my phone and told me to return 3-5 business days. They didn't give me any paper work, they said the cameras in the store was recording the transaction. 9/13 went to pick up my phone and they told me my t-mobile sim card didn't work, they lied again. They never sent my phone to get repaired. I called miss Williams again and she said she tried to get them to do the right thing but I might have to take them to court. She asked me to return my phone and they will give me a receipt for my phone this time. They give me any old receipt, no name, no description of my phone. I went to the store 9/23 to pick my phone up and they kept telling me it on it's way back from repair. The owner Mike hands me my phone and told me not to open the back. I knew my phone wasn't fixed, they tried to tape down a metro pcs sim card in my phone and took my t-mobile sim card. I took my phone because I'm scared the next step is that they tell me I never gave them anything to repair. This store has been playing games with me from day one. I don't want to do business with a company that condones this behavior. I'm a single mother and a full-time student. I feel hurt that someone can just brake my phone and not take any responsibility for it. I just want and need a working phone.
