Sold defected cell phone twice without any resources to fix the phone. Redwood city, California
I brought phone from corp. Store, from get go the phone was defected, not operable 89% of the time, lost all important phone calls, refused to allow return the phone to replace a workable phone. Call everyday, each day spend 2-4 hours, was told take the phone to repair store or return to the manufactures that metro pc ordered the phone. I did not purchase phone from repair or manufacturer, I brought from metro pc store, it is mot my job to fix the problem for metro, if the phone the store sold to the customers are not working, it is the metro pc's liabilities and responsibilities.
Finally after life and death struggle, I am allowed to go back to the store change another phone. Guess what, the same thing happened, the phone won't take incoming phone calls, and when I call my on line phone, it has no ringing tone. And most of the times, it states "no service", I am calling my own phone next to my metro cell, the metro pc is a defected business harming the public, only concern of profits, not the proper services. I posted the subject complaint on Metro PC's site today 02/18, and it states 'Your comment has been submitted to the webmaster for approval."
