Service Center - Horrible - S3 mini mobile phone

Hi,

This is with regards to my Samsung S3. I had bought the phone 4months ago and within 2 days the phone had some problem which needed replacement. However, I demanded for a new piece. But sadly it took a week or more to get it back.

Again, the phone gave alot of problems. My screen too got damaged.
I gave it to the service center on 2nd September and they were suppose to return it on 13th Sept. Sadly my phone has still not been touched and is just kept at the service center saying that the parts are not available.
I do not understand if Samsung cant replace the fone parts why do they manufacture so many fones.
As of now i dont know when my fone will be done.
Many problems with regards to the fone like constant heating up, sudden restart, battery taking upto 9 hours for a full charge etc.
I suggest people not to go in for samsung henceforth. VERY BAD SERVICE.
