My samsung note 2, had a garble sound that is why brought to the samsung centre ay sm north edsa philippines. After a week i got my phone since i needed to wait bec. The speaker was ordered. When i was checking my phone i found a scratch in the middle which was not there when i handed my phone to them. It was not even in the list when this lady checked my phone before i left ot to their care. The technician, the lady who accepted my fone with no scratch and just the garble sound and their supervisor. After that close door meeting discussion they gave me a technical support form with my complaint on it and told me i will be receiving a call after 1 week. But it has been more than 2 weeks already and there is none. I was also calling the number on the receipt when i paid them P1000 plus for my speaker even if they scratch my fone. Anyways calling the number in the receipt but theres no answer. Im trying to fix my schedule now to go the samsung service center which is now a worst service center i have ever been.
