If there's a Verizon employee better than Katelyn I don't know who it could be. When I took my ailing phone in the store I expected: a long wait — didn't have one, a grumpy employee who knew nothing — and instead I got Katelyn who knew everything! She was professional, yet cheery, fast yet accurate, and took the time to teach me how to do what she was doing. Wow. That changed my whole opinion of Verizon Wireless Stores. Please hire more like Katelyn!!!
