Awful Mobile Service With Poor Counter Help Despite High Prices

Had an awful experience with Verizon service on my mobile phone.

Given the prices they charge at Verizon I would think the service would be better and the counter help polite.

I would like to speak to someone at Verizon mobile phone customer service.
