I keep getting calls and letter regarding a T-Mobile phone I returned to T-mobile within two weeks of receiving it. I could not get any connection in my area and I called and talk to a representative I told him I was not happy with the service and was given instructions on how to return the phone back and I did I was also told that I would not be charged any service since I did not have the phone 30 days. T-Mobile is still charging me service on time and I feel I do not owe them anything especially $498.61. I had the phone for a couple of weeks only and they have their phone.
