Been with t-mobile for 5 yrs. Last 6-months service has no signals, husband and I have health and safety issues about going out side in the middle of the night to try to find a location to use our phone. Was told today by t-mobile that my phone was not a 3g so wasn't going to get signals. When I purchased this phone 1-yr ago they failed to tell me I had a outside phone only. Please who wants to go outside in the middle of the night to use the phone'I explained to them that my husband had cancer and I had heart surgery and asked them to waiver the 6- months I had left on the contract so we could get a provider that works. Please help me solve this issue.
