I used to be with T-Mobile but after over three years, my spouse failed to pay the cell phone bill for two months and they cut the service off. I paid T-Mobile for the two months I was behind in service and asked them to reinstate the service. I was told they would do that in a couple days.
A week went by and no service. I called again and was told the service would be started up again. Another week went by with no service and I called T-Mobile again and this time I was told that since they had sent the bill for the two months of back service to a collection agency they could not reinstate my service.
Then about a month later they sent me a bill for $200 claiming I had terminated my contract with them before a two year period so I owed them the $200 punishment. I explained to them I had been with T-Mobile for over 3 years and did not renew my contract but only paid month to month and I never terminated my service but asked for my service to be reinstated which they originally told me they would do. So I did not owe them $200.
They turned the bill over to Pinnacle Financial Group which has done everything they could to call me at all hours of the day and night to demand payment. I have told them on at least 10 different occasions not to call me as I do not owe T-Mobile anything and gave them the full explaination as stated above. They continue to harrass me.
