Lack of updates on purchases - Hero 9300

On November 13 I ordered a Hero 9300 cell phone from Wholesaleonepiece and as of 25 November when I check on the status it still shows PROCESSING. According to their website PROCESSING should take about 2 days. I paid with PayPal so they got their money. I have sent 4 e-mails and no response at all. So what is going on?
