I work at Township Road 560 A, Fort Saskatchetwan, Alberta, T8L 4L7 and my cell phone can only work on roaming network (Wind Away Zone) with roaming charges. I complained WIND MOBILE of not receiving their regular cell phone network signals (Wind Home Service) on January 20 (Ticket No. C7465515). I was told that technical support will solve this issue or my monthly charges would be waived or re-imbursed. Neither the wind home signals restored nor my monthly charges waived. I frequently call Wind Mobile Customer Service to resolve this issue. On May 19 I was given a new Ticket No. C9162372 but no action was taken. I keep on calling Wind Mobile but issue has not been resolved for 14-months. Meanwhile I am regularly paying my monthly dues to Wind Mobile. Is it fair for a consumer to pay the bills while company is not providing the service it supposed to do?
