I liked Metro a ton when I first switched to them. But I do not use my cell phone a ton and have a PC at home and at work always available plus I work third shift and do not have a big social life. Anyway my complaint is they have carefully researched every way possible to nickel and dime you for anything and everything. 15 dollars to change phones, 10 dollars if you have a smart phone, all these plans they advertise are for new customers only, 7 dollars to do a billing cycle reset to a day you choose. Irretating ads in mailbox all the time. I'm sorry I really tried to like them and I will say the reception was very good in the Springfield Hartford area but I switched to a pay as you go plan rather than nickel and dime plan. Everytime you need advice or help their is a charge what happened to taking care of customer and treating as if valued
