I paid my $50 unlimited plan on the 17th, on the 1st, they cut off my entire account. I went to the Metro PCS store and they said my account was disabled because of "excessive voice usage".. But my plan is unlimited. She said she had never seen this before and didn't understand why this was happening. I then had to go to the main Metro PCS store, sit in line for an hour and then they told me there's nothing I can do. When asking how they can turn off my phone for this, while it's unlimited. They said it's in the "terms of use" something I never signed. It's not even in one area, you would have to go online to 15 different web pages and read it. Printed out it's 11 pages long and in there it basically states if they feel like you're using your phone too much, they can shut it off. I had to email someone else at home to figure this out and they still have no replied, I'm seriously just about to change services, you guys take my hard earned money and decide to turn it off. I don't use the internet, nor texting. Just calling. I should've gotten my full month as well. Unlimited until they say so!
