I switched to Metro because I thought that it would be better you kept saying that the service was better than it used to be but now I see why so many complain I have only been with you for 4 or 5 months now I paid 400.00 dollars for some phones and everyone that I have bought I have had to take it to the store and exchange it and when you call to have something trouble shooted your customer service cant do anything I see now I should have stayed with my other company you want people to pay all this money for your phones up front and then your service sucks and so does the phones its beeter to have a contract with someone I was with sprint for 15 years before I came to you and I am really thinking about going back
