After switching my cable service to Charter, I had connectivity issues with my Airport Router, Charter gave me their number and said it was Applecare, so I guess even they are being fooled. They actually helped me quite efficiently and fixed my problem, so I was very happy. Today I see a recurring charge out of my bank account and realize that they in fact charged me 3 x $99.99.
The customer service rep did refund the last charge, and now they are reviewing my phone call to see if I did authorize. These guys are scammers.
