I was calling Mytechhelp.com/scam about getting help with my Samsung GS3. To fix the freezing problem. Well they tried to charge me 99$ before I even talked to some one. I said NO WAY, then came back and said well what about 49.99$? I said okay be that made me concerned. This took over any hour. Then the "TECH" got on the phone I told him I only have 30mins to get it fixed. He said no problem. He couldn't find the settings, any buttons to find to help me with the problem. He could not answer my questions. So I asked to cancel the order I called back got a women that helped cancel I was told. Got the Cancellation number and then monday it showed up as pending on my account after I said not to. I called back to ask why and they rep Shawn 1230230, WOULD NOT CANCEL IT FOR ME. He keep saying we will solve it. And wait on the line, wait on the line. I hung up, he called back. Called back monday morning. Got Shantel: on the phone she said she has to charge me 25$ for the diagnosis. I said I have a cancelation number she ignored me. And said that I have to be charged for the service. I said no I received no service, she continued to argue with me giving me response and saying sorry the other rep lied it did not get canceled. I said take my Cancel # she said no she has it. I said give me your REP ID. And the Recording call # so I can have my lawyer call the business. She continued to not answer my question when I asked her to provided me in writing with her policy and procedure that explain they can charge with NO SERVICE. She ignored my question 3-4 times. Saying sorry we have to charge you. I said I'm getting my lawyer to call your business. She got a manager. And she tried the same thing, however when I gave her my cancelation number she pulled up my record and said yes. Your RIGHT, we didn't cancel it. Then came back and said we did it didn't post. But it showed on my bank statement sunday. She canceled my account with them. Then I told her about the Rep. Lying to be and trying to charge my card for 25$ and giving me a gift card. She said I'll take note of it. Shantel then got back on the phone and I asked her to tell me she was wrong and that I would get my refund. She said "NO I"M NOT WRONG" was blown away. Worst customer service ever. EVER, EVER, EVER! DON"T EVER use the my tech help ever, Scam is what My tech help is. They lie steal and cheat at mytechhelp.com. Mytechhelp.com is horrible company, Scam review, Review scam. Reviewmytechhelp.com, scammytechhelp.com. Content is king!!
