Poor Customer service in the store, worse customer service by phone
Extremely disappointed with the new low service level at the Talbots chains.
I no longer consider this a customer service oriented organization.
Service gets a consistant ALLTIME low for an anticipated high end ladies fashion store.
My Customer expectations for this store and their customer relations is well below their competitors.
