Refused to reduce a rug 10% that was in a bin that had rugs 50% off. Contacted customer service by phone because their on line complaint system would not submit. They back up their poor customer service and could care less! Must be over loaded! Not a good store to shop at, very unworkable store. Will not shop there ever again and will tell all my friends to find it on line, free shipping, and great deals from other online companies that will keep you as a customer.
