I called this stores corperate customer service and that was over a week ago and they have never returned my call and or email inquires. I buy 90% of my entire families clothing at their store as does my mom and grandma for my three kids but no more. Kohl's has lost me as a customer and I will be happy to tell everyone about their assistant store manager and the lack of concern with customer complaints.
