The customer service at this store is TERRIBLE!!! The motto for this store is not "FAST, FUN and FRIENDLY". When I reported the horrific customer service to the" acting" store manager, I was thrown from the store. They treated me like a criminal for reporting the employee and embarrassed me in front of the entire store. The "acting" store manager, Corey, spoke to me as if I was nothing and when I tried to explain what happened to me and my family and how we were treated by Abrielle (the terrible employee with horrible customer service), he dismissed us from the store.
The situation was bad enough, but with the state of this economy this experience makes it worse. We are in a global recession and for a retail store to act this way is totally unacceptable. At this point, in this global recession, retail stores and their managers should be focused on how to keep regular customers and not turn them away, especially when they receive bad customer service. So if you are in the Atlanta area, DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE because if you receive bad customer service and report it, you will be chastised for doing so.
