On 7/29 while shopping at my Linwood store with my daughter, I purchased over $500.00 of merchandise. I received terrible customer service. I shop at this store very often and usually know the clerks but this day I did not. I was never offered a dressing room, which I got on my own, we were only asked once to try to find other sizes. I had to get my own different sizes, the store was not busy maybe one other person. I brought back my clothes to the racks. I have been a Talbot's customer for years and purchase many items. I was totally disapointed with the service.
